Farming

Gocongo owns and operates one of the largest commercial farms in the DRC. Our farm has several thousand hectares of rainfed and irrigated arable land. The crop production strategy focuses on maize and soybeans during the summer, and wheat during winter.

Our produce is milled in our own state of the art milling facilities where we produce flour and animal feed.
The principal farming estate which was developed from plain bushland is located 60km from Lubumbashi, near the ‘Malambwe’ village.
